INGREDIENTS
8 ounces orecchiette pasta or other short cut
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon salt, divided
½ teaspoon black pepper, divided
1 pint grape tomatoes halved
¼ cup fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions and drain.
2. Toss the pasta with parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, tossing a couple of times.
3. Add the mozzarella, tomatoes and basil on top.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, remaining salt and remaining pepper until emulsified. Add the mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and cooked pasta chips and toss to combine.

i eat this every day i dont know why but im addicted i add tomatos cucumbers onions ground beef and yoghurt garlic sauce i mix all together omg that crunch❤
