The lunch I cooked while in calorie deficit! (I ate more cabbage but it didn’t fit the bowl😂)
I’m aware it’s quite caloric for only 1 meal but it’s my main one and hits around 60% of my protein goal of the day!
For anyone wondering it’s grilled turkey breast with red onion with only 5 grams of olive oil, the rest is cooked on water (this time I cooked it with cooking cream, that’s why the fat is little higher), french fries cooked in air fryer, cheese and cabbage salad!
