    Got mine resting in the cooler right now. The hardest part is that 2-3 hour cooler rest but it is so worth it

    Man….I grilled a 9 pounder a couple days ago and I’m pulled pork burned out. There is a ton left and it’s going in the freezer. I left some of it in chunks. Might use the rest for green burritos. Gotta get creative. Great job, yours looks moist.
