Beyond his acclaimed acting career, including “The Devil Wears Prada” franchise, Stanley Tucci is known for being a foodie. He’s shared his love for all things culinary in his memoir, “What I Ate in One Year (and Related Thoughts),” as well as how food has shaped his life in his other memoir, “Taste: My Life Through Food.”

It’s clear that he is passionate about all aspects of food, including being a firm believer that Hellmann’s is the only mayo worth buying and that you should eat a dish right out of the oven rather than reheating it later. And when he’s not writing about cooking, he shares his favorite recipes on social media for all to try. Each video features Tucci in the kitchen, whipping up an impeccable meal with rough guidelines for making it yourself.

Recently, the actor shared a new three-ingredient brunch recipe that’s incredibly easy to make.

Stanley Tucci’s 3-Ingredient Frittata Recipe

Stanley Tucci just introduced his Instagram followers to an egg dish that’s light, full of flavor, and perfect for a quick, springtime brunch. And it calls for just three ingredients: eggs, Parmesan, and wild garlic—a savory ingredient that’s in season until June.

In the video, Tucci opts for a flat pan typically used for crepes, which works seamlessly for this dish. He coats the pan with olive oil, pours the wild garlic and egg mixture on top, and lets it set before moving the eggs around with a spatula. Then he flips it to ensure the other side is cooked through before plating and topping it with grated Parmigiano.

“This is the perfect no effort brunch, although you could definitely make it more attractive than I did,” Tucci wrote in the Instagram caption.

As with his other recipes, fans flooded the comments section with praise. One person wrote, “I could watch this forever.” Another simply said, “Legend.”

“Looks delicious,” someone else said. “I would love Stanley to cook for me.”

If you’re keen on making a brunch you can throw in the oven, Tucci says you can easily do that after the frittata has cooked slightly on the stovetop. You can also add other ingredients, such as spinach, peppers, ground beef, or sausage, to customize it to your cravings. The options are endless for this simple yet delicious dish.
