Over the past few months, I have made miso for a weekend breakfast. And I remembered the jar variations. Mine is a little different than what is noted in the video, I did a little more prep as well.
I steamed some sweet potatoes in the microwave and heated the power greens to make more room in my jar. I also sauteed some shiitake mushrooms.
My base, red miso and yuksu (korean dashi). I aded a frozen ginger cube. Then the jar got the sweet potatoes, edamame, tofu, mushrooms, and greens.
They will get hot water tomorrow!
