The worst thing you can do to a sandwich or a burrito is overstuff it.

Everything falls apart. You can’t eat it. It’s a mess.

But there is one exception. There’s a chicken caesar wrap making the rounds online right now, packed to the point where it shouldn’t even work. And somehow… it does.

So instead of going out and chasing it, we’re making it at home. Because at the end of the day, this is just four simple components done right. Good chicken, proper dressing, crisp lettuce, and a wrap that can actually hold it all together.

The real challenge is the final step. Rolling this thing into something massive without it completely collapsing.

This is the overstuffed chicken caesar wrap. Go feed yourself.

  1. Hi Steve. Never a met a Steve who isn't cool. Y'all need an ass kicking Steve and you know it. 🐒

  2. Honestly, why would anyone want to stuff a burrito with that much filling? OK, if you want to make one burrito that will feed 4-6 people, I get it, but for one person this is just ick. Maybe that's the Ozempic typing for me, but it's just too much food.

  3. WOW – never seen a wrap that filled before in my life (and I'm 56 yrs old)! Either way, this look like an amazing recipe and I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who doesn't want to cook chicken to stupid high temperatures. Thanks fella, appreciate you x

  4. Bread doesn't dry out when going stale, it is actually absorbing moisture.
That is why heating can revive it, by heating it to get the water released.
Wetting the surface before putting it in the oven is not adding moisture, it is stopping the surface from burning before the inside warms up enough to release the water.

Try heating stale bread slowly in the oven without water to test that.

  5. Sad to see you've gone down the stupid food end of YT…. bro just make proper food or don't but I won't be watching same with Ethan Chumpowski, guy used to have legendary recipes… now he thinks he is a scientist pleaseeeee.

  6. I just don’t need a serving bowl sized Caesar wrap. And microwaving that tortilla for 30 seconds would help tremendously.

  7. How can such a really good Italian cook….like Steve is….not like anchovies? Im confused.
