Texas-based Tacodeli is set to open its third Greater Houston location in Katy, officials announced in an April 15 news release.

The details

Established 25 years ago by Roberto Espinosa, the taqueria’s menu offers items such as tacos, bowls, salads, soups and its award-winning salsas.

The new 2,400-square-foot location will feature indoor seating for around 40 guests, as well as an outdoor patio with additional seating, per the release. The space will also display its “Mexico City heritage with its Texas roots through natural materials, warm textures and vibrant design details.”

Something to note

To celebrate the opening in May, Tacodeli will give away free breakfast tacos every Saturday and Sunday from April 18 through May 10, per the release.

Additionally, the first 25 guests in line on opening day will receive free tacos for a year.
