El Dorado County vineyard hosts 3rd annual “Snout to Tail” dinner in May

VINEYARDS AT DELFINO FARMS WILL HOST ITS THIRD ANNUAL SNOUT TO TAIL DINNER IN EL DORADO COUNTY. THE INTIMATE DINING EXPERIENCE WILL CELEBRATE SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE, LOCAL RANCHING AND THOUGHTFULLY PAIRED WINES. TOP CHEF AND RESTAURANT OWNER CHEF NELSON WILL HEADLINE THE MULTI-COURSE EVENT. AND THE PIGS WERE RAISED IN WHAT WE CALL THE, THE PIG PALACE. SO EVERYTHING’S RAISED RIGHT. THAT’S WHERE WE GREW UP DOING. AND WE WANT TO SHARE THAT WITH EVERYBODY. SO WE HAVE A COUPLE DIFFERENT PROPERTIES. AND YEAH, IT’S JUST SOMETHING THAT’S PRECIOUS TO US. WE DID FOR GROWING UP AND OUR GRANDPA GREW CATTLE AS WELL. SO IT’S SOMETHING THAT WE WANT TO SHARE.
