My MIL went to lots of auctions. She often bought boxes that no one else bid on. From those boxes, she gave me two old cookbooks; they are in awful shape. This is one of them, the title page shows it's from 1894. There are a few colored illustrations. In addition to the recipes index, there's an interesting Supplemental Index and there are several handwritten, folded pages. I've had these books for probably 20 years, not sure what I should do with them.

Amazingly this one doesn’t seem to have been digitised.
The most public-spirited – but labour-intensive – thing to do with it would be to scan it and upload it to The Internet Archive so that everyone can use it.
