Everything at providence was excellent, no notes. Classic and perfect. The suprising dish was the abalone with aspargus, it puts all other asparagus i've ever had to shame. My personal favorites, were the king salmon and the sashimi.

Vespertine was amazing too, far more experimental.

They offered a wagyu buy up option from the duck, we tried one of each, the wagyu was the far better option in both our opinions, as expected from the pricing.

They made a slight mistake of leaving a buy up serving of caviar off of the obsidian mirror course, they corrected it by pairing us a desert with caviar that was amazing. Didnt remeber to get a picture of that one though.

    King salmon! Brilliant on the plate and brilliant at the end of a fly line. That abalone dish sounds unreal. Providence is firmly on my list now.
