Doing two meals today so needed a hearty but simple brunch. Eggs, cheese, veggies, bread, yogurt, and my kombucha mocktail made for a delicious, filling, and high protein meal.

    Looks tasty but for that amount of calories I’m not sure I’d personally classify this as volume eating. Great looking snack plate though!
