    Ingredients:

    Salad Base
    – Greens:
    – 2 cups organic kale, chopped
    – 1 cup organic red leaf lettuce, chopped
    – 1 cup organic baby butter lettuce
    – 1 cup organic arugula
    – 1 cup organic spinach
    – 1 cup organic red cabbage, shredded
    – 1/2 cup organic seaweed (wakame or similar), rehydrated if dried

    Boosters
    – 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (in olive oil)
    – 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    – 1 ripe avocado, diced
    – 1 tsp turmeric
    – 1 cup carrots, shredded
    – 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 cup baby broccoli, chopped
    – 1 cup cauliflower, chopped

    Seasonings
    – 1 tsp red pepper flakes
    – 1 tsp ground mustard
    – 1/2 tsp black pepper
    – 1 tsp paprika

    Marinade
    – 1/4 cup olive oil (from sun-dried tomatoes)
    – 2 tbsp liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
    – Juice of 1 lemon

    Homemade Dressing
    – 1 sumo citrus (or any citrus), juiced
    – 1/2 cup cashews (soaked for 2-4 hours)
    – 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
    – 2 cloves garlic
    – 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    – 1/2 tsp sea salt
    – 1/4 tsp black pepper

    Instructions

    1. Prepare the Salad Base:
    – In a large bowl, combine chopped kale, red leaf, baby butter, arugula, spinach, red cabbage, and seaweed. Toss gently to mix well.

    2. Add Boosters:
    – Fold in the sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, avocado, turmeric, shredded carrots, red onion, minced garlic, baby broccoli, and cauliflower.

    3. Season the Salad:
    – Sprinkle the red pepper flakes, ground mustard, black pepper, and paprika over the salad, and toss to distribute evenly.

    4. Marinate:
    – In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, liquid aminos, and lemon juice. Pour over the salad and mix gently to coat all ingredients. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to soak up the flavors.

    5. Prepare the Homemade Dressing:
    – In a blender, combine the sumo citrus juice, soaked cashews, fresh basil, garlic, nutritional yeast, sea salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with water if necessary.

    6. Serve:
    – Drizzle the homemade dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently again and enjoy your vibrant and nutritious dish!
