Prezzo in Palm Beach Gardens will serve its final meals on June 30, closing for a full transformation into Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian, a new concept from the same ownership group.

Located on PGA Boulevard just west of Interstate 95, Prezzo has long been a steady presence in the local dining scene, hosting everything from casual weeknight dinners to celebrations for generations of patrons.

In its place, Eddie & Vinny’s will bring a more modern, high-energy approach to Italian dining. The concept, which originated in Coral Springs, centers on seafood, steaks and pastas, along with a full cocktail program and live entertainment.

The Palm Beach Gardens restaurant is expected to follow that same model, with a months-long renovation planned after closing. No reopening date has been announced.

For now, locals have a limited window to return, revisit favorite dishes and say goodbye before Prezzo begins its next chapter as Eddie & Vinny’s.
