Burlington Wine & Food Festival returns for 15th year

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Local wine and food vendors from across the region gathered Saturday at the Hula Lakeside complex for the annual Burlington Wine & Food Festival.

The event offered hundreds of attendees tastings and samples from roughly 75 vendors. It was organized into two three-hour sessions and featured live jazz and seminars.

Founders Mike and Tracy Stolese said the festival is about bringing people and businesses together.

“And just, anytime that I can bring in new people, new restaurants, new suppliers, and get them in front of an audience that is obviously a food and wine audience. I just feel like we are helping small business,” Mike and Tracy Stolese said.

This is the 15th year of the festival. The event continues until 8 p.m. Saturday, June 27.
