
Looking at a couple options — I’ve had an a5 filet before, and it was unbelievable. I do personally love NY Strip for the flavor (filet is more tender, obviously, but I feel like I get more ‘steak’ out of a NY Strip).

Any thoughts? Should I just go with the Filet to achieve ultimate tenderness?
