A new Staten Island restaurant called Paros Estiatorio is building opening-day buzz and it will focus on upscale Greek dining in New Dorp. Restaurateur Tim Gashi is opening the concept with his cousin, with a December debut planned pending liquor license approval. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant will feature fresh seafood displays, live entertainment and Mediterranean cuisine. Plans also include a weekend brunch priced between $40 and $50, with 2,100 Instagram followers and more than 67,000 video views already behind it.
