First time tasting it, it was so delicious. Freshly made right before me. I had mine "plain" with a bit of cheese. Location was somewhere near Okonomimura in Hiroshima.

Its the superior version. If it was easy to make no one would have ever heard of the osaka one.
I love it and i always look forward to it when visiting! I often make simple okonomiyaki at home, I leave the noodles to the professionals!

I’m going to Hiroshima in three days. I’ve had Hiroshima style in Tokyo, but this will be my first chance to have it in Hiroshima. I’m excited!
First Hiroshima okonomiyaki and cheese too 😆 Eating it right from hot teppan looks sooo good. Did the cheese make it more creamy?
