Ingredients
- potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- parsley or chives for garnish
Preparation
- Boil starchy or all-purpose potatoes until soft; drain.
- Wipe the pot and return to very low heat.
- Mash with 1 stick butter; then stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream.
- Garnish: Parsley or chives.
