Broke a 2 day fast with this beast! Could only manage half so workmates are finishing it off today.

Ingredients:

Fathead base

Passata for the base but whatever low carb pizza sauce will work

Red Onion

Chestnut Mushrooms

5% ground beef, fried off before going on top and mixed with chilli seasoning

Lotsa Mozza

Pro tip for veg going on pizza, blast in in the microwave first to make it dump its water out so you don’t have a soggy pizza!
