I’ve just worked out that my long-standing insomnia is greatly improved when I add Suet Tallow to my diet, and I found a great source (Tassie Tallow), so now I’m trying to work out ways to get it into my diet.

I want to make a little creamy sweet keto treats with the tallow, perhaps vanilla or chocolate based, ideally nut free, preferably frozen so they can just stay in the freezer and I can grab in a pinch.

Its got a surprisingly really mild taste, not very “beefy”, so I cant see it being any more conspicuous than say, butter or cream cheese, so I actually think it shouldn’t be *too* hard to incorporate from a flavor perspective….

I’m not naturally a very good baker! Any recipe pointers or ideas?
