Ingredients:
2 eggs
heavy cream 300ml
Tbsp erythritol/stevia mix
Tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup almond flour
200g butter
Tbsp cacao
Instructions:
Combine and fry flour and butter until golden brown. Split in halve, add cacao to one halve.
Mix the eggs, cream vanilla extract and sweetener. Heat over low heat until thickened (it is important not to boil). Cool the custard mixture and add butter at room temperature, mix well.
Layer the flour mixtures and custard in serving glasses. Refrigerator for 3 hours or better overnight.
