Dry Ingredients:
250g Almond Flour
40g Psyllium Husk
10g Baking Powder
10g Erythritol/Stevia mix
Pinch of Salt
5g Dry Yeast
Wet Ingredients:
2 Cups Boiling Water
2 Tsp vinegar
Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Add all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, add 2 cups of boiled hot water, add in 2 tsps of vinegar.
3. Add the oil to the dry ingredients, add small amounts of the hot vinegar/water mixture and start kneading the dough, continue till you have a moist round ball.
4. Cover and leave it to rest for 10-15mins.
5. Divide the dough into four portions and shape into rolls. Place the rolls on a greased baking tray. Coat the top of the dough with oil. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
6. Bake the rolls in a 180°C (350°F) preheated oven for 50-60mins till golden brown.
