This recipe will ease your life the daily anguish of choosing what to cook. Your chicken will always be juicy and tender. Make plenty – your family will eat it in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 kg / 8 Chicken Drumsticks
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
2 clove of garlic
Method:
Finely chop the onion.
Add olive oil and butter to the skillet.
Sauté the onions over medium heat until soft.
Add baking soda and continue to fry the onions until caramelised.
Add salt and pepper to the chicken. Mix together.
Place the chicken in the skillet and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, covered.
Turn the chicken over and continue to simmer for 15 additional minutes, covered.
Add the garlic and bay leaf and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Enjoy with a side dish of your choice.
