A universal crust you can use to make your own keto-friendly quiches, pies, and tarts! Wrap and freeze, thaw in the refrigerator, roll and bake them anytime you need a keto crust.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup flax flour

1 egg

50 grams of butter at room temperature

Salt

Process:

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients, add salt and mix. Add egg and butter and mix thoroughly. Roll into a ball, wrap in plastic and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Press the chilled dough flat on the base and sides of a baking dish, pre-greased with butter, make punctures with a fork and bake at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes. Oven mode top-bottom.
