Easy to make muffin sized buns. Great option for fresh buns with your keto breakfast.

Ingredients:

150 grams ricotta cheese

5 eggs

45 grams of coconut flour

45 grams of almond flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

Salted buns:

A pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon of Italian herbs

Sweet buns:

1/2 tablespoon sweetener

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

Combine the egg, cheese and baking powder and blend everything until smooth.

Add spices according to preference for a sweet or salty bun. Stir until the spices dissolve.

Fill the baking forms. I used muffin sized forms, use larger forms if you prefer bigger buns. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
