I am new to the vegan community and am slowly integrating my way into eating a more vegan/ plant based diet while learning the ropes
I have done a bit of research and it seems that when cutting out animal products from your diet, there are a lot of nutrient deficiencies that people should be cautious of such as not enough calcium, zinc, b12, iodine, iron, vitamin d, etc.
I plan to and am motivated to eat a healthy well balanced diet for proper nutrition to avoid such deficiencies but I am still a bit worried about the nutrients that may fall through the cracks if I am not careful.

Do I need a multivitamin?
