Keto, low-carb pasta can be made from a variety of vegetables. Daikon Radish is seldom mentioned, but gives some of the best results.

Method:

Peel or scrub the radish.

Slice the radish into the pasta form desired. Fettuccine and spaghetti is very easily done with a vegetable slicer.

Boil for approximately 3 minutes till it starts to soften, strain and pat dry with a kitchen towel, or if you want more color in your pasta, fry for approximately 8 minutes on medium heat in olive oil or butter.

Serve with your favorate pasta sauce.
