Ingredients for the pancakes:

6 eggs

80 grams of cream

60 grams of melted butter

1 tablespoon sweetener

1 tablespoon cacao

Making the pancakes:

Mix everything in a bowl and beat with a blender. Fry in a frying pan on medium heat.

Ingredients for the cream:

100 ml heavy cream

1 tablespoon sweetener

200 grams of plain greek yogurt

1 tablespoon cacao

1 tsp vanilla extract

Whisk the cream until thick, add cocoa yogurt and sweetener and vanilla extract and mix together

Build the cake by stacking the pancakes, with a layer of cream spread between. Then refrigerate the cake for 4-5 hours.

Decorate with chocolate if desired.
