So I’ve gone wpb very recently. I started getting [these red dots](https://imgur.com/a/dye2LHT) which I’ve had before in the past ( I had started eating arugula at that time and stopped and it eventually went away). However I’m not eating arugula.

I did a short water fast before transitioning into plant based to help with palette transition. I ended that fast on Sunday. Here is a food log for my past few days

Sunday

* Homemade veggie broth ( yellow onion, Shitake mushrooms, carrots and celery with bay leaves and pepper corns. Very simple. no sodium)
* The broth was used to make a simple soup of Broth, Tofu, Green Onion, shitake mushrooms.
* 2 ears of corn on the cob
* Carrots & red onions in apple cider vinegar

Monday

* Giant salad with the following
* Romaine lettuce
* Grape tomatoes
* Cucumber
* carrots
* green pepper
* celery
* balsamic vinegar
* tumeric
* red onion
* Lettuce wraps filled with a bean mixture
* Black beans ( cooked with cumin, oregano, chili powder)
* Oyster Mushrooms, garlic and green bell pepper sauted with the veggie broth)
* Sliced red onion

Tuesday

Same as monday except I added black beans to my salad and in my wraps I added tomato and swapped my bell pepper for jalapeno.

I’m not hyper concerned but since it’s the second time i’ve seen this ( last time was about 1 year ago. I was eating more plants at the time but not really full wpb and again it seemed like dropping arugula solved it.
