The YouTube channel is called [Pro Home Cooks](https://youtube.com/c/ProHomeCooks) and he has an entire [meal prep series](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLt_lOWx8jR_P4L_qLI-LznchB-ENA8kFh) which I found pretty interesting. He prepares staples for the rest of the week (such as grains, stocks, undressed salads, etc) and then combines them to make a variety of different meals. I watched the series and thought that it was something I can do!

I’m a college student and I just started cooking more of my meals at home rather than going out to eat. Personally, I get bored of eating some of the same things more than two days in a row and thought that this was a cool approach to meal prepping to ensure affordability, variety, and healthier eating.

For anyone that has used this method, how did you personalize it to make it your own? What do you like to prep for the week ahead?
