– Cream cheese slices 18 pcs
– Air-dried ham 150 grams ( 2/3 cups | 5.3 oz )
– Engraved – or cold smoked salmon 150 grams ( 2/3 cups | 5.3 oz )
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400 °F.
Place the cheese slices on baking paper.
Cut the ham and fish as matching pieces with the cheese slices.
Bake the cheese slices until the edges are nice and brown. Be next to the oven at all times.
Lift the baking paper on a table.
Add the toppings on cheese and roll. You can use cocktail sticks if necessary. (Or tooth picks 😅)
