## Ingredients and supplies

* Round shaped cheese slices
* Tortilla toppings that you like
* Baking paper
* Used in this recipe: Ground beef, cucumber , paprika/pepper, mozzarella, tomato and salsa.

## How to cook

1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
2. Place the cheese slices on a baking paper on oven sheet. Bake them for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown, do not leave, watch them all the time. Let the cheese cool down for a few minutes after you take them out.
3. Fry the ground beef on a pan and add spices that you like.
4. Chop any other ingredients you chose.
5. Spread the salsa and other ingredients on the baked cheese.
