We had a long week, from our wedding anniversary to losing a co worker and many more events in between it was time to relax tonight. The wife said to open something nice so out came a Bond. This was something new for her and it didn’t disappoint. Right out of the bottle were strong notes of lavender, pomegranate and glycerin. As it aired we could detect cherry and soft, ripe currants with a hint of fragrant roses. It finished smooth on every mouthful even though you could feel the alcohol on the way down. This bottle was aged wonderfully and could have easily lasted many more years in the cellar.
