I noticed that some wineries from Bordeaux, I noticed that they have a Bordeaux wine that has a Bordeaux blend. With the exact same name (only difference is Rouge vs Blanc)
However, 1 is red and the other is white. from the same Bordeaux Blend. How do they do that? for example,these 2 wines
