Hello,
I am looking for a champagne recommendation. My wife and I enjoy sparkling wine, but lack experience with champagne, we often drink cava. We like fresher, acidic, dry wines and both really dislike strong yeasty, brioche (for me it’s more like old mushrooms and funghi smell) flavors in some champagnes we have tried. Is there something to find in the up to 50 USD range?
I looked at

and

because they are highly rated and available at my wine store. Other wine styles we enjoy: NZ Sauvignon Blanc and SV in general, pinot grigio, we dislike oaked chardonnays with their buttery taste.
Thanks for your help!
