Has anyone attempted to re-create the Better Bagels recipe, by chance? We can’t get them in the UK, and I don’t love the fathead bagel recipes…
They [provide the ingredients list here](https://eatbetter.com/products/the-better-bagel), but I’m a bit afraid to waste a ton of ingredients in attempting to figure out the hydration to ingredient ratios in the process.
