I watched a video about Annette Larkins on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6oJA_xhTa8&ab_channel=WPTVNews-FLPalmBeachesandTreasureCoast) when she started her raw vegan journey 30 years ago. That’s when she was 40 years old. She still looked like she’s in her 40s ever since she started her raw veganism journey. A brief difference of vegetarian, vegan, and raw vegan read here: https://shimacrobiotics.org/vegan-vegetarian-and-macrobiotic/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw-pCVBhCFARIsAGMxhAfb2vp9PejVpCOBqCbAUaHKfhvpL612f93uECwCdWKgcVfPAeffIpIaAkV7EALw_wcB
In her 20s she used to be vegetarian and I know Indians are vegetarians due to their religious doctrinal values on what foods to eat. Indians (even though their live expectancy is shorter than meat eaters like USA, Europe, or Japan) live longer and are energetic but they seem to age like everybody else. Bryan Adams is vegan for 32 years ago when he was younger but he seem to have aged like a fine wine in his 60s.
I compare this to Annette Larkins, she still looked very young in her 80s like when she was still in her 40s to where she is now as of 2022. I start to think that if I start doing raw veganism does that mean I can stay young forever? Cooked vegetables aren’t applicable food lifestyle to keep me forever young.
I’ve been starting eating uncooked vegetables when I was 15 and the results are amazing. Although I’m not totally raw vegan I still eat meat because I’m from a meat eating country so I had to eat them it’s the menus I usually find. I always eat uncooked vegetables salad in every buffet I find. Now I’m 25 and I’ve never let my raw vegan practices to be forgotten. People tell me I don’t look 25, I had issues applying jobs in job interviews because I’m too young, someone mistakenly thought of me as a high schooler, I’m starting to look younger than my sister who is 10 years younger than me, and so many impressions I’ve received.
I’ve been spreading this information to others why am I so young at 25. I tell them I’ve been practicing raw veganism for the past 10 years. I’m happy that they’re following on what I’m doing because they don’t want to get old. I’ve told my family about it and I hope they will live longer so that I can delay my marriage plans of my future family and to spend with them more.
I always wondered if Raw Veganism is in fact the “Fountain of Youth” as of this time? I know plenty of expensive health supplements in wellness industries are inventing that are on the market for sale. But raw veganism is the cheapest fountain of youth that I can find. I’m really thankful to discover Annette’s raw vegan journey back in 2012 when she was on the official news.
I look forward to keep on doing with the lifestyles of what I’m doing. I’m getting younger and I don’t feel like I’m 25 years of age at the moment. I know that raw vegan is not the final health supplement as of the moment because Annette had experienced health issues as well even for a raw vegan. I can’t confirm if raw veganism is the lifestyle for eternal life. Only time will tell.
