With those five main profile traits established, I was wondering if anyone knew of a wine type with the following characteristics:
Very low to low acidity
Very large to a large body
Low tannin
Sweet/low dryness
High alcohol/ABV
Now I guess I could just drink port, but I was wondering if there were any non-fortified options. Thanks for answering such a stupid beginner question! 🙂
