In a pan, combine 2 tbsps soy sauce, 1 tbsps seasame oil, a 1/4 c. of water, a dash of ginger, a dash of red pepper flakes, a dash of oregano, and a dash of black pepper.
Add 8 oz of broccoli to sauce mixture. Continually stir broccoli until soft to your liking. Add 8 oz of 97% lean ground Turkey and stir until cooked. Enjoy!
