The lynch was incredible, it was big and powerful but also extremely balanced. Notes of dark fruits like plums but also really bright light fruits like strawberries and cherries. Where I found it exceeded expectations was when opening up it became much more earthy and the oak was prominent but stayed balanced. Tones of vanilla and cloves and baking spices. Tons of tannin It Paired well with a good ribeye.

The dujac was similar I felt it needed time to open up. Once opened up it was subtle notes of cherry and spices and over ripe red fruits. Light tannin and a lot of earth notes. Most notably I would say that it gave out a umami filled mushroom taste.

Lastly the star of the was the Musar. The age on it was impeccable tasting right after opening it was as balanced as it gets. It was earthy and leathery but also contained fruit in a way that port contains fruit. Speaking to that it had the same mouth feel of a grahams 30-40. It took up the entire palate in a pleasant way and the dark fruits that carried the flavor were more as a conduit carrying the pleasant umami of mushrooms and Forrest floor. Lastly the oak has ages beautifully. The vanilla and spices were there but perfectly balanced with the other beautiful flavors. zero to no tannin at all because of the age.
