Made banana and butternut squash nice cream in the ninja creami! Recipe
1 banana
1/2 butternut squash
Vanilla and cinnamon
Two cups of almond milk
Blend it in the blender until smooth then add to your ninja creami pints. Depending on the size of the banana/squash you might need more then one pint. Freeze it for 24 hours then blend on the sorbet function of the creami 3 times. I needed to add more almond milk for it to get creamy instead of crumbly.
This is half a pint (so 1/4 of my recipe) i topped it with blueberries, pecans (natures sprinkles) and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Also i had the worlds tiniest brussel sprout in my breakfast veggies today. It was so cute! Had to share.
