    **Ingredients**

    ► Cake Batter

    • 140g Flour

    • 125g Pistachio

    • 2 tsp baking powder

    • 150g butter

    • 3x eggs

    • 100ml milk

    • 200g sugar

    • 2g salt

    **The instructions**

    ◇Step 1 – Pistachio Cake Batter

    1. Roast the pistachios in a 350F oven for 7-10minutes
    2. Grind them until they become a powder ( use a coffee grinder for best result)
    3. Set aside for later
    4. in a bowl, cream butter and sugar together
    5. Add the room temperature eggs one at a time, mixing between each add
    6. In another bowl, mix the pistachio powder, the flour, the baking powder and the salt
    7. Add to the butter mixture in 3 times
    8. Between each addition, add the milk
    9. Start and finish with the powders

    ◇Step 2 – Baking

    1. Grease and line with parchment paper and loaf pan
    2. Add the batter and flatten it up
    3. Bake at 350F for 50-60minutes
    4. Let it cool down completely
    5. Cut yourself a nice slice
