* Pack of thinly sliced pork * Bottle of BBQ sauce * 1 onion * 1 tomato * 1 bell pepper * A handful of small potatoes * 1 bunch of parsley * Olive oil * Salt & pepper
**Directions**
1. Thinly slice the onion, tomato, and bell pepper 2. Halve the potatoes and toss in a bowl with salt and pepper, olive oil, and parsley 3. Drizzle olive oil on bottom of pan 4. First layer with onions, and then pork 5. Brush BBQ sauce on top of pork layer and salt and pepper 6. Layer with shredded cheddar cheese and tomatoes 7. Add another pork layer with BBQ sauce 8. Layer again cheese, add bell peppers 9. Add another pork layer with BBQ sauce 10. Add final cheese layer and top with parsley 11. Flank pork “lasagna” with potatoes 12. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes 13. Enjoy!

Lasagna-inspired—no pasta needed!
