* 1 medium potato * 2 eggs * 2 strips of bacon * salt, pepper, vegetable oil
**Directions**
1. Use a vegetable slicer to slice potato hash 2. Rinse hash and squeeze out excess water 3. Salt and pepper the hash with a drizzle of vegetable oil 4. Heat up waffle maker and layer with potato hash 5. Crack two eggs and layer on top of potato hash 6. Layer more hash on top of eggs 7. Cut the two strips of bacon and layer on top of hash 8. Close and let cook for 10 minutes 9. Take out and enjoy!
What fun idea! This seems like something I would try, but honestly I don’t think I’ve ever made hash browns that I’ve really enjoyed. So now when I want hash browns I just buy a bag of tater tots, microwave them (not the whole bag lol), then squish em with a fork and fry them in a single layer on a pan. So I’d probably do that for this recipe too.
