So far I’m down 18 lbs by reducing my calorie intake. This is one of the best tasting dishes I’ve made since making life style changes. It was good and honestly I’m stuffed. It’s shrimp and scallop tomato sauce served over half a spaghetti squash. It’s about 550 calories and 25g of protein. Ingredients in comments.

Sauce:
1 bottle of homemade tomato sauce(store bought would work the same),
3 mushrooms,
2/3 a bell pepper,
1 small onion,
5 cherry tomatoes,
1 tablespoon of minced garlic,
Basil,
Parsley,
Salt pepper.
Pasta:
1/2 a baked spaghetti squash seasoned to your preference
Topped with
3 large shrimp ,
4 scallops,
(I sautéed mine with jalapeno pepper, lemon, pepper, and a dash of Siracha but I think steamed would be lovely too)
It’s just home cooking but I was pretty proud on how it turned out :-). Maybe someone else would like it to.
