Homemade Burger (430 cals; low carb / high protein)

    Macros: 9.4 g carbs, 56.1 g protein, 17.2 g fat

    – Homemade low carb burger bun (I believe keto-friendly as well)
    – 180 g ground turkey patty
    – 35 g caramelised onion (sugar-free)
    – 5 g olive oil
    – 20 g low-fat burger sauce (homemade)
    – 2 slices of tomato, 2 romaine lettuce leaves
    – 10 g sugar and salt free ketchup

    This was definitely the best low carb burger I’ve ever made! If anyone’s interested in the recipe, I’m more than happy to share it 🙂
