* Beef Mince -1kg * Shah Jeera- 2 tea spoon * Chopped Onion- 3 medium * Green Chilies -2 slit * Turmeric- 1 ½ tea spoon * Cumin Powder – 2 tea spoon * Red Chili Powder – 2 tea spoon * Garam Masala Powder – 1 tea spoon * Ginger and Garlic Paste – 2 table spoon * Salt to taste * Tomatoes- 2 sliced * Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 3 table spoon
**Instructions**
1. Heat Oil in a pan and add shah jeera in it. 2. When jeera turns little brown add the chopped onion and green chilies. Fry well till the onion is golden brown. 3. Add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Give it a mix and and toss in the washed beef mince. 4. Add all the spices and the sliced tomatoes. Cover and cook on low flame till the oil releases. 5. When cooked, add crushed dried fenugreek leaves, cover and let it rest for some time. 6. Serve it with Paratha, Roti or Naan (Bread).
