**Ingredients for Indian fry bread** * 4 cups of flour * 3 tsp of baking power * 1.5 tsp of salt * Enough oil (vegetable, crisp, etc) to cover dough when frying.
**Steps for steak**
1. Cut up steak to bite size pieces and marinate in the marinade ingredients for at least 1 hour. (Or marinate whole skirt steak and then cut up after cooked)
2. Cool in a pan when done marinating.
**Steps for fry bread**
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
2. Slowly add the hot water and mix to make a ball of dough
3. Cover and set aside for 1-2 hours
4. Cut dough into even pieces and roll into a ball about the size of a gold ball.
5. Prepare a surface to roll out your dough with flour.
6. Also put flour on rolling pin
7. Roll out out each dough ball into a circular shape.
8. Heat oil to 350 degrees
9. Fry the rolled out dough, flipping after each side is golden brown.
**Making the taco**
1. When bread has been fried then it’s taco time
2. Add your steak and any other toppings( sour cream, cheese, etc) you would like and you are done!
**NOTE**
You can also eat this bread with honey or jam or with just plain old butter!
