Also just to add, I’ve only really been tracking calories this week so I’m just nervous it’s taking into account all the weeks I had the app but didn’t really track

Hi, weight loss comes from a caloric deficit. So, I’m theory, yes. However, apps tend to drastically over estimate expenditure while people tend to underestimate their caloric take. This not only “seems to be true” but also has been shown in studies often.
What’s your goal? Are you looking to lose weight? Are you comfortable sharing your metrics and goals?
