    2 rounded teaspoons sugar-free orange Metamucil

    1 scoop Bloom greens and superfoods, citrus flavor

    1/2 scoop Isopure zero carb protein powder

    1/2 teaspoon turmeric

    Pinch black pepper (for the capsaicin, aids absorption of the turmeric)

    Totals: 95 cals, 8 grams fiber, 12.5 grams protein. Great for digestion, tons of vitamins and minerals, anti-inflammatory, keeps me full until lunch. The taste. . .well, you get used to it
